Dear Friends,

Late yesterday the Delaware County Board of Commissioners issued Disaster Emergency Declaration 2020-02, which outlines business operations that must cease and those that are exempted from the declaration.  Our primary office is located in Delaware County, however,  we believe we are exempt from the restriction as we provide service to exempted businesses who remain in operation and our operations can be conducted remotely.  Be assured we are following all guidelines to protect our team members and not put them at risk while support you and your organizations.

Accordingly, Deltec remains ready to serve you and our operations will continue, although slightly modified.  Our offices are closed with the exception of receiving shipments and mail.  You may still call our support number and your call will be answered by our staff remotely.  Tickets may still be logged using the client portal, which remains the most effective way to log a ticket for non-critical support issues.  But if in doubt, please call the support center.

We want to assure you our staff is ready to serve your needs and is able to do so on a remote basis.  More than 90% of support issues can be diagnosed and remediated remotely.  So, as much as possible it is normal operation for us to be able to support you to maintain operations as close to normal as possible in these evolving circumstances—although there is nothing normal right now.

Regardless of what kind of business you are engaged in, we are all about the Lord’s work right now—supporting and encouraging our team members, our clients, our families, and our communities.  Be encouraged by the work you are doing to support others—it looks different than it did just a month ago but it is even more important today.

Our prayer right now is for peace and calm during this life altering time and for courage to persevere as we help and sustain each other.
