Deltec Presents at Muncie on the Move

Muncie, Ind. – This past week, Deltec was an event sponsor of Muncie on the Move. It was a morning filled with friendly faces and a great opportunity to share information about the current state of cyber threats. Our own Scott Jordan and Steve Davis spoke to the attendees about how organizations can protect themselves against the dramatic increase in ransomware attacks.

Steve Davis stated, “Cybersecurity requires protection across multiple levels.” This protection begins with a comprehensive strategy that runs through each security layer. The end goal of cybersecurity is to protect your assets — your data, knowledge, and relationships — wherever they may be located, be it in-house or in the cloud. The presentation also included a review of a sample phishing email, showcasing common flags to help identify malicious emails.
